Changing jobs, anyone?

I have been in this job for almost a decade and its only this time that changing it comes into my mind. Maybe im just tired or im overreacting to simple stressors. Maybe i should spend some time to think before going out of the portals of this place i called a second home. Let me know your thoughts on how often you change jobs? Do you wait for signs before signing off? Thanks

When that job doesn't help you grow anymore and you don't feel motivated as you used to then it's time to think about getting another one. If you are that adventurous then it would be best to move to another job.
I haven't changed jobs. I just decided to be an entrepreneur and started running my own company with a few incorporators. Now I am happy that I've decided not to be employed.

@mikyung Could be just a phase or you are just burn out. It could change in the coming days. Only you would know what to do.

Well, that's for you to decide. I've been unemployed for a while and i realized how fortunate we are to have a family business. I hope you make the right decision in life.
