post a lot make sure your posts are intelligent and not inane. Pay close attention to tags and who responds to what. Make as many connections as possible. Uploading relevant images also is good.

Hi suman,Yes mylot pays everyone and pays who hav earned atleast 10$(10$ is min to get paid),I got paid $29 two weeks back.so post as many respoces and upload images.I usually post 50-75 responces daily and some upload pics.Hav a nice day. bye

Here in mylot you have to respond to the topics and start your own topic and you can even upload image along with the topic and respond. Most interesting thing is that you are payed for all this activity.
