How would you like to be a president or a CEO of a company ?

Many people work hard in their whole life in order to climb up to the the top position of a company. What will you do if one day you would become a CEO or a president of a large company with over few thousands of employees to work under your leadership ? Will you be a big boss type and a tough guy at all time or will you be a people oriented boss with a soft character ? Whatever it will be ? Share with us ?

it's the same i like to be but if ever am in that position.i'll be a oriented boss with a soft character because its easy to deal with your employees

I work very hard and I am only a small business with only me so to run a big company or a whole country I will pass. That is too much heartache and too hard to do.

I would love to be a CEO but I will then have no targets no expectations and life would become boring because I will be the boss and there will not be any person to question me
