What will you do if you experience a a robber just come in to your store and ask for money with a gun on his hand ?

I have just watch a news saying that a robber just went in to a fast food place with a gun on his hand and ask for money. However, the business owner seemed ignoring the guy and keep walking to grasp a telephone and called the police right away. The robber was scare to death by such an action and leaved immediately. What will happen to you if you experience such an incident and you are the boss ? share with us ?

@skysnap Agree. How about relax and just have some fast food first since it is only a discussion anyway.
