Placibo Effect...?

Yesterday I was not feeling well. My eyes were very heavy. The earlier day I had no sleep. So, yesterday evening I requested the store for a tablet to have sound sleep. He gave me. After taking my dinner I just opened the pack and had it and started doing some personal work. I felt very sleepy. I understood that the tablet is working. I kept my work aside and went for sleep. I had a very good sleep. When I woke up in the morning and noticed a tablet on the table. I really wondered how I missed it. If I missed it what was the tablet I had in the night? I could realize thqat it is not the tablet or sleeping pill which made me sleep but the very feeling of taking a sleeping pill.. Shall we call this Placibo Effect?
