Today I decided to cook simple traditional dishes that my mother always cooks in our house when I am still living in our house, she knew it's one of my favorite. It is healthy and delicious too but much cheaper than other dish. One thing I dont understand I always follow her instructions and use same ingredients but taste was different,my mom cook meal is far better to mine.
Anyway soon I can taste her home cook meal again and for sure I am going to be fat again.

It is pork belly and fried fish. It's only good for 3 to 4 person. I took a picture one by one and edited it using pixlr.

Your lucky to have a nanny at home who can cook for you. Home cooked meals are more healthy and cheaper than take outs.

@Bhebelen14 Here we usually use the pork belly to make a soup. But we seldom will deep fried it. But I think the taste is still delicious.
