Cream of Broccoli !! / myLot

My daughter asked me, this past week,' mom when you going to make more cream of broccoli '. So I said ,' we need to buy some'. She I liked it the last time you made some. She liked the texture, creamy and delicious with the right seasonings, good to eat while it is hot, it is a great soup. I followed online on YouTube somebody had a great recipe. Now today I have to find it back or follow in my Ayurveda cookbook, one that is for just about any kind of cream of what whatever vegetables you want. photo from pixabay

I love broccoli soup, my youngest daughter makes broccoli cheese soup and boy is it ever good.

Broccoli soup sounds tasty. I haven't tried yet.. We can really search more recipes on youtube and try to make at home.

I looked at Gordon Ramsey the way he made his cream of broccoli soup and it is so easy, you cook your broccoli for 3 minutes and than mix it in you blender with half full of water, salt it and voilà.

We recently have a better since two weeks now, $2.48/bunches of 2 heads. The usual price was almost $6.00.
