The Site Tried to Open My Pop-up Window

This happened last week. I was here in myLot when a message below appeared in my screen, "This site try to open your pop-up window. Block or Allow." I clicked "Block" for it might harm my iPad mini if I clicked "Allow." Although my gadget is protected but I want to be sure. Did you receive similar message?

Block seems to be a familiar word. On some sites blocking does no good. On others is very effective. Hope those messages go away.

I've never experienced that when using my iPad while on MyLot .. But there are other sites that request access to my photos etc.. I deny ..

Yes, a few times a pop-up window has appeared and my phone starts to buzz like mad - cue a sharp browser exit and re-launch... Annoying!
