@scheng1 I see. It is very convenient. Here since only few foreign banks are allowed to have business with the companies but not individuals. Even if they accept individuals, the requirements are so high anyway. So I have to open a bank account overseas.

@youless Actually there is no need to do that. We can open foreign currencies account here. We can open a bank account with foreign banks in their home currency, and get the ATM card that allows us to withdraw foreign currency in that country.

But when I have a problem to call them, the line is quite busy and you have to wait for such a long time. Even though, they can't solve your problem anyway. Compare to here, that's really not professional at all. Here I can call the bank and the service is quite good. And most of the time they can answer your questions. If they can't answer your questions right away, they will call you later. This is why I feel disappointed to Hong Kong bank service.
