The experience and history showed clearly that success will not come so easily . It is not a cake walk. Though I can not dub myself as a successful administrator of cent percent some of the traits I could notice for 'to be successful' are many which should never be overlooked. This is practice, devotion, dedication, sacrifice, hard work, temperament, good manners, discipline, and way of acceptance that pave way for a success in any field . A successful man will take the lead. He is like a male lion. Though a lioness does most of the hunting it is only the male that protects his group and stands in the forefront. Success needs ab acceptance of mistakes. Though go on accepting mistakes it pushes one not to make them again. The people who never accept mistakes that proved detrimental to the organization will never achieve success. Being punctual and stand out as a model is a great quality that leads to success. The doors of success will always open for the people who maintain good manners. throwing blame on others, losing temper, whining, screaming at others fault will only make the atmosphere unbearable. keeping cool manners, not losing temper, possessing sympathy not showing frustration or insecurities will always reward you the prize of Success.
