Am I the only one who feels like the news on these shootings is meant to drive us apart?

I get the feeling that the news coverage of these revenge shootings on white cops, and the chaos of "black lives" matter protests, that the media doing more to widen the chasm of race relations rather than bridge it. I got a sense of that with the coverage of the recent shooter in L.A. or wherever.... The fact that they showed that he was also military and made a video venting his frustrations, and apparently was part of a hate group. It's almost like white people are being told:"Yes white people of America, you have every reason to far black folks..." And it's the same with black folks and white cops, except we're told to get mad and riot, just so crap like this can happen and the fingers get pointed at us blacks with the accusatory:"FEAR THEM!!!!!" directed at us. Or at least, that's how it looks to me...

No, you aren't the only one. This looks way too much like a coordinated effort. The media has wanted another race war in this country for 40 years. Consider that most of the "cop killings" of suspects have been white people, not blacks, but you NEVER see footage of the whites getting killed (which, as bad as I hate to say it, seems incredibly suspicious: there are always people around with cell phones when blacks are getting killed, as if they know it's going to happen, but never when a Caucasian suspect is gunned down?????). Less than 5% of the people shot by cops are later found to not be justified (and that's all shootings, not just the fatal ones). Plus you have these attention-seeking so-called "leaders" who want to keep their position of power, and the only way they can do that is by trying to convince people that they are being oppressed and "need" them as a "leader." Also consider that billionaire George Soros has reportedly given over $30 million to "black lives matter." Thirty million would go a long way to getting black youths college degrees and productive jobs where they wouldn't feel that they had to resort to crime, so what's the real agenda here? And I know this might sound funny, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Klan or other "white supremacists" weren't behind all of this. The reason I say that is that they present African-Americans as violent criminals, and when one kills a cop such as happened in Dallas or Baton Rouge, they can say, "See? We told you!" I'm also a little suspicious of the fact that the last two attacks on police were perpetrated by people who have been quickly identified as military veterans. There's a war on veterans going on in this country, too, but it's not heard about because most of the deaths of the veterans are by the veterans' own hands.

@FourWalls I forgot about the war on veterans... Why the frack are they doing that anyway? Also I wanted to throw my computer out of my bedroom window when I read in your response:"billionaire George Soros has reportedly given over $30 million to "black lives matter." Because it's like you said, that money could go to getting black youths college degrees... Though in looking it up, I found one article that said he didn't fund Black Lives Matter. And whether he did or not, this still remains:"Someone gave that sham $30 Million to keep my kin mentally enslaved." That fuels my suspicions that the political hugbox of America wants to keep America the way they saw it growing up:"Whites vs. women and minorities," because they don't know much else. As for the idea that white supremacists are behind this? LOL! Good sir, you're not the only one I've heard this week with that suspicion. An acquaintance of my dad's who came by for a visit said something similar to that. But with some klansmen being democrats, I wouldn't be surprised...

@Hanyouyomi -- the Klan was started by southern Democrats who were upset that the south lost the Civil War. People seem to forget that. As for why the war on veterans, my suspicion is that it's an attempt to weaken our military. Would you join the Army after seeing how the VA treats the soldiers who come back wounded (physically and/or mentally) from Iraq or Afghanistan, knowing YOU might need that, ahem, "medical care" some day?
