Getting more web site traffic

Hey guys. Question for you. I have this blog and it barely gets any traffic. Do you have any suggestions on where I can go to get more traffic to my site? I've tried almost everything and I'm at my wits end. Any help would be great!

I am working with a client that also needs more traffic. But not sure how to bring traffic to him. :)
