I am sick and tired of all these teenage mothers and young couples wanting to have kids. I think there should be a mandatory background check and income check and have to have approval before you start popping out kids. People especially women look at kids think their soooo cute and want one before actually sitting down and figuring out how much work its going to be. People need to stop it!
