Headaches strikes again

I had my eye check last January and recommended to put on some eyeglasses for the reason that I am suffering of headaches than normal. But the headaches is never gone. I got some advice that maybe the nerves surrounding my eyes are the cause of it. Or maybe some stress. Does anyone happen to have some opinion about it?

I got for a walk alone and that helps me with the headache.

I think you have myofascial pain syndrome. It causes migraine and localized pain.

Is that dangerous? When I am using my phone with no glasses, my eyes tears. Thanks for the info, I really appreciate that.

I do wear glasses and have headaches lately because I have a cold.
