Sinusitus is my name!!!

Since a decade now, that, every time I caches somebody else cold, it goes right in my sinus , I never get a sore throat, but within 2 days It started to drip in the back of my throat, already.
Now I got to get really drastic about fixing that problem of mine. Not only it is annoying but exhausting. No, the doctors are not the first one I go too, I am a do it yourself. Why because every time I see the doctors it makes me worst than I was.
So I do oil, Ayurveda treatment I will try, lets hope the price is right.

I rarely catch a cold from anyone, I use Cold Eaze, a product I buy in the states. The moment I'm around anyone that sounds not well, I pop one in my mouth and avoid catching what they are sharing. It works for me.

Good luck, try drinking more green tea, it helps with sore throat :')
