What do you think a real leader of a government or a nation should be ?

Leadership is always needed for any government, nation, company and organization as well. A strong leader can really help something to move on and accompany certain task or reach some goal. On the other hand, a poor leadership can destroy something which has been established very fast. in your opinion, what is needed for a real leader. Share with us ?

I think a leader of a country should know how to act and not just talk and take care of the people of his country.
