what a commissary? it having a restruant behind the food cart so vendor can have a place to clean his pans and get foo. wd delivery. Here my problem the friends of mine who want to help their insurance company or laywer told them not to do it wwoith out a commissary I can not get my heath permit or liablty insurance. Now if I move to florida st.pete/ cllearwater area I be able to open food cart like in a week or two. NY make it hard to open any kind of business.still trying to get a sales tax numo.ber t
