The government has decided to frame rules and regulations for the prosecution of I.A.S and I.P.S officers. As per the said rules and regulations, an I.A.S officer can be prosecuted even by Pvt persons for the charges of corruption. Already there are many rules and regulations for initiating disciplinary action against all Public Servants including I.A.S and I.P/.S officers. This new one enables even a private person to prosecute an I.A.s officer. In India already the I. A.S and I.P.S have lost their charisma. Nobody is preferring to join these services except the innocents. This may affect the morale of these categories of officers. The need of the hour is to frame rules and regulations for the prosecution of Ministers by Private Persons. It is only our Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Sri Narendra Modiji who can bring such radical changes in the Administration. He is the only Prime Minister who can give clean administration. We hope it will be taken up soon. IT IS NOW OR NEVER.
