Made a Wild Bid for a House!

No, it's not a million-dollar house. But the amount my husband offered for the house is way above what I had imagined we could make a bid for. From a 4 hectares and small house property, we are moving to a 4-bedroom-only-one-time-tenanted neatly kept home. It's a family home in a small block of land, 850m2; in a nice and quiet country residential suburb near the town's city. I and my two youngest children are sad to leave our 4 hec. semi-rural home. Here, I will miss my sunrise and sunset views overlooking my dining and lounge windows. But, there needs a lot of work to be done here with this current house before we could put it up in the market to sell. Our children are growing and we travel a lot to the city-- for school and husband's work. I'm sure that our new home will be okay. It's near treed parks (reserve) and bush lands where I can walk and witness sunrise and sunsets in some days. Oh, well. The timing is right in our new chapter in life.

Good Luck, send postive vibes your way. I hope we will be doing the same here in a few months.

I would miss my rural life if I had to move. But, I do go to town a lot, so that could make sense too.
