Minimize your food intaking to live long.

Don't get surprised,this is real fact.The food we intake also affect our immune system and reduces our body stamina which make weak to our body to fight with our diseases.
This is because the things we intake contains toxins,not only this the food that get into our body and then process to digest need chemical reaction which also help in produce toxins.
So,if we develop habit and minimize the intaking of food,that's definitely lessening the production of toxins.
I observed the people of same age and their body resistance.The differences that i found among them was just due to their fooding procedure and quantity.The lesser food consuming people have the stamina equivalent to their younger age people that 5 to 6 years lesser than them.
Age doesn't decide one's longevity,it is one's body resistance.

@PurnaSharma,I agree with you.The more we eat the more ailing we get.I eat only once in a day- only at night. No breakfast,no lunch.And I'm fit and well.
