Who is your neighbour?

Are they neighbourly to you? Is it just fleeting moments of exchange pleasantries when you meet them? What is your relationship like with your neighbour?
My immediate neighbour keeps to themselves pretty much. We hardly know that they are at home.

I live in an apartment complex and my direct neighbors are okay we speak,how you doing and keep it going!There is one that I talk to every so often.I dont have a problem out of any of them.
