Do you love to carry an umbrella during the rain or in case there will be rain ?

I love raining as many people do. However, one thing is needed for rainy day protection : umbrella, rain coat and rain boots. I never wear any rain coat or rain boots (only use it when I was still a kid) before but an umbrella is quite useful. Some of the umbrellas are either too heavy or just too long. That's why I just love to use those short one and light one. I don't mind about the color since I am a man. Blue color is always my favorite. But for ladies, there are always many choices. How would you use umbrella during the rainy days ? Share with us ?

I gave up on umbrellas since they do not last so I wear things with a hood and use that.

Hi wlf. I usually carry my three-folded umbrella when I travel on rainy or cloudy days. It is very convenient to place it into my backpack. I seldom use my raincoat unless I happen to be out in the downtown riding my e-bike when it starts to rain heavily. I prefer using my umbrella, but when it it windy while raining, it is hard to hold an umbrella. The wind usually blows the umbrella upside down. Take care.
