Summer Fun!

Well, lets see my husband took me for a ride in the upper mountians we traveled about 100 miles. We haven't done this in years.
We had a picnic get together with family and friends.
My husband took me for a walk in the woods where he hunts
We went to Mt Pisgah to swim, although we never made it into the pool.
These are all many blessings to me as he doesn't usually do anything but work, eat, sleep and watch that retched tv.
So what things have you done this summer?

It sounds like you had a lovely little getaway. My husband and I try to do this from time to time as well.

@Lady_Justice Yes we did and it is not a common thing that we do. God has been changing my husband in many ways and I am thankful for it too as he normally doesn't want to do anything except work, like project around the house and garage, so its been a real treat for me, thank You Lord!

Love the idea of a picnic... hope that you enjoyed every minute!! Me... nothing other than packing... and the fun begins lol!!
