Blog Commenters and Deleting Free Blogs

I got an email notification about a new blog comment, so I logged into my free (but unearning) blog.
It was a timely "sign" because I have been thinking about deleting my inactive account there.
It was started in mid-2014, so it's now 25 months old.
13 posts in 2014, 3 posts in 2015, and received only 6 comments in 2 years.
However, I got curious and browsed around the dashboard.
The latest Page Views graph was from June to July. Highest was 38, lowest 12, so average of 24 page views a day.
For Unique Visitors, highest was 30, lowest 8, so average was 18 unique visitors a day.
It's nice to know there are people who stumble on my sparse and abandoned blog.
But will 24 views or 18 visitors daily earn me something if it was a monetized blog or hosted on a writing site?
I really don't know, but it would be nice to know where they came from, like those flags or maps that you see on blogs.
What I was surprised to discover was I could see the emails and locations of my 6 commenters.
Most of the email addresses do not match the display name, and most of the comments felt spammy. One even copy-pasted a sentence in my post as his or her comment. Yeah, right.
When I clicked on each IP address, it would open to a site called InfoSniper and show which country it came from.
2 from Romania, 1 from USA, 1 from Pakistan, 1 from the Philippines and 1 from Korea (but whom I feel is also a Filipino).
I still feel like deleting this free blog eventually, not only because it's not earning, but also to avoid others using my content because if I join a paid-to-write site someday, I don't want to be suspected of plagiarizing myself.
I hope that when I request for account deletion, my content are permanently deleted online, or at least inaccessible to those who don't work for that site.
I have seen some blogs and websites that disabled the right-click function. Do you have that on your site or sites that you joined? Does it help minimize plagiarism?

Thanks for this reminder, I also need to delete my inactive blog which I had not posted for so long. I had not monetized it too.

Sounds to me deleting it would be a good idea though. Good luck!
