I would like to know about your working experience in this respect as a recruiter for your company or school or whatever. Is it interesting to meet different people? Is it worrysome when you do not have suitable applicants for the offers? How do you feel when your offer is not accepted after the interview with the applicant? You may have different feelings on this issue. Please share with us how you feel either as a recruiter or an applicant for a job.

No. I never had such opportunity in my school days. Online recruitment was not popular in those days.
