Busy Morning!!

Good Monday morning, well actually I guess it isn't morning anymore!!
The other day I made some choke cherry/ jalapeno jelly. Usually when we buy jalapenos we buy a lot, (usually over 10 #), but this time, we just don't seem to be eating them fast enough.
I had some mini sweet peppers that we had gotten from the SIL when we got our Jeep, so I decided to make some jalapeno jelly and use the mini sweet peppers up.
Well, got 4 pints of jalapeno jelly made up. Then we got a bunch of 1# bags of red beans..they were free because they were outdated!! So, I decided to make a red bean salad. You boil the red beans and eggs add some pickles and chopped onions and a mayonnaise dressing to it and viola!!!

Had a very busy Monday. I went to the grocery to buy fruits and pork. Then when arrived home cook our meal,clean the house and do the laundry. After dinner stayed in the laundry room to iron our clothes.
