Now here the reson I am having trouble opening my food cart. The board of health require food vendors to have a commisory.What a commisory that a restruant behind the food vendor. I do have frends who have restruants and they did want to help me but their insurance company or lawyers told them not to do it. the insurance comapinnes are saying if a food vendor give some one food posin they can sue the resturant. This is my bigget probelm right now. I can not get a health permit or food liablity innusrance unitl I have a commisory behind me. Yes I need my own food liablty insuranc which should protect the commisory if any one sue happy. I am all so havving trouble gettiing my New York state sales tax number. No wonder there no new business or factorys opening in New York state. If I move to clearwaterfl area I can open in less then a month no joke.
