Are you trying to lose weight, but too lazy to exercise?

Are you working out on a daily basis? Are you spending a lot time and money at the gym to get that special figure you’ve always wanted? Or do you want to do all of the above but you are just too busy?
I too do not get the time to go to the gym. All the good ones are too far and too expensive and I wouldn’t want to miss out on a day or two because that would mean wasting cash.
I have done a little research and found out a very simple and delicious way to lose weight.
Without any heavy duty exercising and going to the gym.
All you need is Papaya and Pomegranate.
A simple light lunch – ¾ of a medium sized Papaya cut into cubes and half a Pomegranate. That’s all you need.
I have been eating this for 2 weeks now and everyday for lunch and I have been able to lose 5kgs without doing any exercising.
These two fruits are the best for losing weight. They act as antioxidants and help in quick metabolism.
Along with this you must have 6-10 glasses of water.

My daughter is pregnant now, but once the baby is born she can try this. She loves both of these fruits.
If you want to lose weight just try my diet....I'm bad to myself and just don't take the time to eat as I should. Like now, I've had nothing all day except Dr. Pepper to drink and it's almost 2 pm. I think I will go get myself a chocolate cupcake. (seriously, don't eat like me as I have no idea how I even keep going on the things that I eat)
