As I have mentioned, my daughter's boyfriend has helped with both our heating and our air conditioning, which we've had trouble with both lately. Our neighbour, after having seen J's work truck here so many times wandered over to question him. Apparently his son works for a branch of the same company, but is not trained with J's skills. Our neighbour's air conditioning went out. J said he would take a look at it. He waited several days... well, he was busy, but he finally went over there last night to look at what the problem was. He works with the equipment, not the duct work, so know that the clogging that shut down the air conditioner was in the actual unit. So what was clogging the air conditioning, you may ask? Tons of cat hair and a build up of nicotine. J said, "He said he doesn't smoke in the house but he must smoke near the door and air ducts." I thought you all might to hear these interesting facts. My neighbour's air conditioner shut down because it was jammed up with that gunk. So if you must have pets, make sure you maintain your heating and air conditioning with frequent cleaning, and don't smoke inside.
