I think it's best in the morning. I find I study better in the morning. However, I do know some people who study better at night.

Morning of course. Even re-search studies have proven that the mind regenerates its memory in the morning and it's 2 times easier to remember things than in the Evening. But a good sleep also has a big influence of both of these times. If you haven't slept in the morning then it's all vain..
