It is always good to seeing puppies jumping around happily and enjoy a great time with us . However, sometimes , they do need some training in walking outside the house, living inside the house, and how to react to strangers and other dogs in the streets as well. all these need some training before you can really see a nice dog. I am not good in these area because I don't even have a dog but just walk them out once in a awhile for other friend for a few months many years ago. Maybe you have such an experience and you have to something to share with us ? It is your turn now.

Our son took his dog to puppy school when she was about 6 months old. This taught the dog how to obey simple commands and how to get along socially, with other puppies and owners. He also had her in a walking program, which showed both the owners as well as the pups how to correctly walk on a lease. He trained her how to ask to go outside when she needed, he put a bell on the doorknob to the backdoor, and when she needed to go outside, she'd go over and nudge the bell, that only took a couple of days to teach as she her breed is considered to be canine Einstein.

It is good to know that your son has starting to train the dog while the dog was young. Great job and that's why he can enjoy a lovely and happy dog owner experience right now.
