During pregnency of women, consumption of calcium is very much necessary as the mother's womb gets calcium from their body to develop skeleton of the baby.
In the same way during breast feeding baby gets calcium from mother by the way of their milk and this calcium generates by affecting mother's bones.
Though this calcium can be recovered after some time but at that time if mother can't give back up of calcium to her body,it will later makes her body weak comparatively. So consuming calcium is very important.

I have a pregnant daughter-in-law and I think that I need to let her know about this. I am going to ask her whether she is taking something related to absorbing some calcium for her body although I think that she may have been eating something that helps take in calcium. Thank you for the information in the discussion.
