Having headache but can't sleep now

It's almost 5am here, and I still haven't really fall asleep yet, though I have slept for a short while.
I started to have headache in the evening, and I was glad my two elder children fell asleep early, perhaps they were tired because we brought the baby boy to the hospital for vaccination. My baby boy couldn't sleep really well and sometimes cried badly, hence I couldn't really fall asleep too.
I have been monitoring his body temperature, and he has slight fever. This might be caused by the vaccination. He is sleeping well when I am holding him, so I try to hold him as much as I can.
Hope my baby will be well and sleeping well soon, and I will be able to have good sleep soon too. It's hard for me to take care of the children while I am having headache.

Yes, nothing works if we have headaches, that too due to sleep deprivation. and having a baby at home, it is really tough to manage home. Do you have any help at home. Are your relatives around to come for help during emergency?

Headache Cure:
Boil a pot of water.
Pour water in a tub or bucket.
Add a bit of cool water so you don't scald yourself.
Add 2 tablespoons of ground ginger. Mix.
Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes, adding hot water as needed.
While you're soaking, drink ginger or peppermint tea.
I've tried it. My daughter's tried it.
It works wonders.
The first time I tried this, my feet felt a little tingly and I slept really, really well.
There ya go.

I hope you can nap later on and sleep the headache off! I remember those rough nights . . . I hope baby boy will get over it soon too. I still get headaches often and try to do without any medicines - yah, but it's not easy when trying to take care of family at the same time. Feel better soon!!

oh ,sorry for yourself ..you are such an awesome adorable parent.Well ,you must sleep and i would suggest to have someone who can take turn to look after your baby while you need o take a rest too.Hope your baby get well soon.

Oh My I feel for you as its a big job caring for an infant and the rest of the family then having'

It is terrible not to have good sleep. Everyone needs rest to function well.
