Friend needs health advice

So I have this buddy who has a couple health issues and needs advice. No bashing please! He's in love with this girl but she doesn't want to catch what he has. He's got hepatitis c and chlamydia. He's been told by doctors to use protection and they will be fine. She doesn't want to catch either one of those std's. What are some resolvements to help them both so they can have sex? He's like a little brother to me so I figured I would ask people here. I do recommend the condom thing but he needs more ideas so she don't catch hepatitis c or chlamydia. Thank you.
