Best Places to Live or Retire

There's this website that supplies valuable information if you plan to retire and not live in your own country. In some countries you can either expatriate or keep your citizenship and just live there! Foreigners are welcome.
So I have no plans of ever leaving the United States of America. Ever! But if I did, I think I've narrowed down my choices to about 5 countries I would consider relocating to.
1) New Zealand
2) Costa Rica
3) Bahamas
4) Panama
5) South Korea

It would have to be something extreme to cause me to leave the land of my birth. Like ... aliens from another planet who came here only to destroy the USA. Something extreme like that!

Canada is on my list but not in the Top 5 because my friend told me Canada is brutally cold!

I also watched a documentary about Jeju Island. It could be so beautiful. Hope you can choose the best place.
