Favorite Songs about Rain #4 - "November Rain"

We're getting down to the nitty gritty in my Favorite Songs about Rain (started by @JohnRoberts.) We're at #4 with a classic rain song, "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Guns N' Roses formed in Los Angeles in 1985, and have sold over 100-million records worldwide. From their seven-time Platinum album Use Your Illusion I, "November Rain" is a certified Gold record that was an international hit. The string-Laden (orchestrated by vocalist Axl Rose) power ballad reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100, and is, as far as I'm concerned, one of the all-time great rain songs. Years ago, I read in SPIN Magazine that when the band went in to sign their Geffen Records contract, the secretary remarked to David Geffen that the band looked as though they'd been sleeping in doorways, to which Geffen replied, "they probably have been." Not too bad for a band looking that shabby.
