I think I already wrote about one app I use, but I'll talk about it again along with another app I have been using in combination with it to help keep me on track with my fitness journey. The first app is called My Fitness Pal. This app helps you to keep track of calories eaten and burned. You log your breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and water. To add a meal you can type in what you ate and find it in the data base they have which has practically everything in it or you can scan what you ate if it has a barcode and the nutrition facts and calories per serving will automatically be there. You can also adjust the portions so that you can accurately log how many calories you have eaten. It is the best app because it makes calorie counting super easy. The app also lets you log exercises and how long you do them to log how many calories you burned during activities, but I find the second app better to use for that. The app I use to keep track of calories I have burned during any type of activity is Map My Walk app. This app will track you as you walk or just register your activity from your phone, so I don't need anything like a fitbit because my phone does it for me. There is a ton of different activities to choose from that your phone will track calories burned while doing them from cleaning to exercise videos! You can sync it to the My Fitness Pal app so it automatically adds it in the app without you having to do anything. Both apps combined help me to make sure I don't over eat and that I keep track of my activity everyday. You can also keep track of your weight in the apps and set goals. If you have any other questions about the apps just ask them down below and I will answer them all!

You have mentioned a couple of really cool apps there. I also use Bounts and Fitbit which also sync all together helping me keep more tabs on my fitness. Zombie run is also another awesome app I used to use, especially if people don't like running but want to get into it. You listen to a story about zombies and you have to speed up/sprint depending on what is happening in the story.
