Why Feng shui is most preferred nowadays?

Many of the " Vaastu Principles" (principles that state which room should be placed where, how many rooms should be there in a house, how many windows should be there, which part of the floor should be in a height etc) are very intricate and they are beyond the capacity of an oridnary man;
2. The persons knowing this VAASTU are a very few in number;
3. They calculate each and every aspect and then arrive at a conclusion and till such time one who is constructing the house has to wait;
4. There is also another aspect of calculation. If you are constructing a house, they make calculations and say whether the house should be in your name or your wife's name.
5. The prayers performed for the removal of negative forces are costly. For placing a SUDARSANA YANTRA one has to incur an expenditure of about Rs.10,000/-. How can a common man afford such expenditure?
6. For performing a CHANDI HOMAM one has to spend nearly Rs.50,000/- which is beyond the capacity of a common man.
But, in Feng Shui one need not incur such a huge expenditure. By placing certain things at appropriate places one can get good results. The things like laughing Buddha, Dragon, fish, aquarium, fish toys, dolls, Wind chimes, lucky bamboo etc will not cost one much. Just get them and place them as per the guidance of an expert who may at the most charge Rs.1000/-.
So, from now onwards, I am preferring and following Feng shui only instead of incurring thousands and lakhs of rupees.
Do you follow Feng Shui?

I don't know, maybe not. There are times I doubt this practice.
