How often do you enjoy a steak with your freinds and how would you like your steak to be cooked ? ?

I used to be a steak lover and enjoy the cooking style in Hong Kong. But after I went to Canada and New Zealand, I enjoy the steak with a new taste. How often do you enjoy to eat steak with your friends ? What kind of cooking style that you would like your steak to be cooked ? Share with us ?

I want my steak to be fully cooked. I don't want half cook, then have a little lemon on top of it. The boyfriend cooked me his own made of steak as a requirement for his HRM course. And it was good.

HRM course usually stand for Human Resources Management. I wonder why your boyfriend need to learn how to cook a steak in HRM course ? I just would like to know why ?

I mostly prefer full cooked steaks. And I think with some carribiean sauce it tastes well.

I like my steak rare to medium. We have good meat at reasonable prices in my country so I can eat red meat often.
