Indian farmer is always a suffering. He will be suffering from poverty, politics, Administration, debts, draught, untimely monsoons, floods, land problems, crop damage and natural calamities. When he feels uncomfortable and feels that his problems are perennial in nature he commits suicides and whenever it happens there will be an uproar in the Parliament and in the respective state assemblies. It always remains as a hot topic for discussion and debates to pressurize the ruling party to take up a discussion upon by the opposition parties to gain the sympathy of farmers and the voters in general elections. This is the only problem which will not be solved forever and has not been solved since the Independence It is only Mr. Modi, Hon'ble Prime Minister who can give a serious thought to it and capable of doing something.

Oh...that is why the allotment in the Budget for Education appears in figures only but not in reality. They will not allow such mistake to happen. But, educated shift themselves to Urban areas instead of Rural areas.
