What are the best ways to learn a new language?

Hi, I have a language that I really want to learn.. The problem is that I've been working on this a lot of time but I still forget a lot of things (words, etc.) I guess there is a lot of people here who have learned a new language. Do you have any suggestions for me? thank you !!

@lili123 Concentrate on words that actually interest you. If your thing is good then learn foody and cooking words.

There is a many good applications on play store,you have to search and downloads.
