I went to a flea market this morning, intending to search and buy some things that I really need. I found my items and on my way out of that market, I stopped by a fruit stand. I saw the prickly pears there and in an offer price.
I bought two kilos of those cactus fruits. I ate some and kept the rest for the following days. One good thing about them is that they don´t have spines like others I have bought before.
Do you like prickly pears?

This fruit is native to america and the Spanish spread the fruit around the world. You might find it somewhere in India.

They´re native to America. The Spanish took this cactus fruit to Spain and other parts of the world. Maybe, it wasn´t introduced to the UK. Here in Mexico is a very common kind of fruit. It abounds, especially in the province.
