Yes this is true,just few picture not not helps you to know all about a gadget.Moreover it isn't likely to scream over the shopping sites,formally we can just write out our problem to them and how long they need to resolve it we can't be certain though we claim.

Well i have bought 3 smartphone through online shop. 2 were great till now. And the other one, the charger adaptor wont work the day it comes. I claim to the seller but he only give me fake promises. I think it would be good, depend on the seller. If they were honest about the product then it would be good. So we need to be more active asking couples of thing before decide to buy.

I know the seller will make some arrangement but the trouble right now you are getting could solved immediately if you brought it from market on going there.Because you could face him and ask him to replace

@PurnaSharma thats the guarantee of buying offline store :D thats why the online shop sell it cheaper than the offline

My online shopping experience is really good. I don't have any complaints regarding products. Only one product I got defected which was then replace by the company.
