"I scream, you scream. We all scream for ice cream" is a very popular rhyme all around the world. It is definitely one of the most loved snacks/desserts for almost every person. Some people get a craving for it at odd times which is quite difficult to acquire when you're not living in cities like New York or Paris where eateries are open throughout the night. So, making ice cream at home is the simplest and not to mention affordable ways of getting to the cold and creamy deliciousness at any time. There are ice cream makers available but they can be quite expensive so here is a super easy way to make your favorite flavor of ice cream in a matter of minutes, literally. The first step is to get everything ready and here is what you will need. Two zip lock bags - 1 big and 1 small or medium. Half a cup of milk. Half a teaspoon of your favorite flavor essence. One and a half tablespoons of sugar or any sweetener of your choice and 6 tablespoons of salt. Now, that you've got it all together, get ready to sit back and enjoy a scrumptious dessert. In the smaller bag, pour the milk, flavoring and sugar and seal it. Fill the bigger bag with ice and sprinkle the salt all over it. Place the smaller bag in and now starts the work. Shake the bags vigorously for about 10 to 15 minutes till the milk becomes cream. This is a fun recipe for involving the kids as well. Lastly, simply cut one end of the bag and pour the ice cream into a bowl or straight into cones and enjoy.

Another one is making a banna puree,,I usually just mash bannas and freeze them..It tastes surprisingly like ice cream with far fewer calories.
