Do you have a writing target/goal for this month?

Hello mylotters! When I was on Bubblews I would always keep a target of 8 posts a day. Now that I am more active on here than before I am planning to keep a target on here too. I plan to write at least 4 a day plus comments and a fair amount of interaction throughout the day. What about you all? Would you like to share your targets?

I don't have any targets on here, I just post when I feel like it. Just my opinion, but I think posting several per day could be counter-productive - I probably get as much traffic in total on my 2/3 posts a week as someone posting a few a day.

Wow! For how long do you plan to post at least 4 topics a day here in Mylot? That is really challenging I guess. I set my targets since last month. I planned to post one topic a day here for 31 days. This is the 16th day of the challenge I set for myself. I think that is the best thing I can do. If I can do it successfully for 31 days then I will think what should I do next. Perhaps, making 2 post a day?

@annierose I have been writing for many years. Ive worked on many freelancing websites too. I love to write but only during my spare time. Not a professional though. :)

Yes it will be challenging as I write for other sites too. Hope it works out for me this month. And I wish you all the best with your plans on here. Yes you can try two posts a day, it would definitely make a difference.

No specific targets beyond do as much as possible. myLot is generally squeezed in breaks between other work.

Bubblews is no more. I would post all kinds of different topics there. However i did not save any. I wish i did.

there are members here who regularly reach payout even if they submit much less than 8 posts a day. some don't even submit new discussions, just interact regularly.

8 posts is a bit too much considering I work on other sites too. But yes some dont put up any posts and make a lot of money just interacting.

@cxndie thank you. I only post one post and rest I focus on the commenting andd making relationship with new and old friends. that way I dont have to push much on target and stuff.

Alright. That does work for some. But I wrote for a few other sites too so I do have to maintain a target just so that I dont miss out. All the best with your work!

@cxndie I have actually been a member of MyLot since 20009 but I became inactive when the site changed so it wasn't fun any more. I recently took another look and discovered it's more like the old MyLot so I came back.

I used to keep the target as like you but used to earn 12 to 13$ per day, those days are very nice now I am unable to earn not even a dollar for the day.

@cxndie One is a book on relationships commissioned by my church organisation. That won't go public. The other is actually the story of my Christian walk. When God changed the wind for you and much else you have to say it all sometime!

@TheHorse interaction is the key here. To be honest many people have told me they havent put up a post in months but all they do is interact and they are doing pretty well on here.

I just like to entertain, so I'm thinking of a good post that will reach at least 20 likes. I'll aim higher after I reach it. Anyway, mylot is my training ground so the outcome of what I post (and how people react to it) helps me know whether I'm doing good or not.

Yes I enjoy Mylot too. However I have not yet reached 20 likes on any post. probably not even crossed 10 to be honest but I do try and will keep trying.

I dont have a target goal. I post and respond until it loses interest. I dont want to force it and have less interest and quality in my thoughts.

Yes you are right but for some it maybe a hobby as well as a place where they can earn some extra bucks. Not necessarily a job though. I like writing on here but it makes a difference when I can earn a little extra from here. :)

I was also on Bubblews and to be honest.. i missed it.. but if it still exist upto now.. maybe i won't make much money anymore coz I'm already too busy.. myLot is so cool and I'd love to be here but as much as I want to, I can't stay long because right now I'm so so busy with a lot of stuff and the usual goals I make, it's all gone coz of my other activities..

I miss it a lot too and I honestly thank bubblews because I earned quite a bit from there. I am free at work after lunch and that's when i post stuff on here and other sites. Yes mylot is extremely cool and I intend to work just as hard on here as i did on bubblews. All the best with your endeavors..
