What goes with pork chops?

I am cooking dinner tonight and I am making baked garlic parmesan pork chops for dinner. I was thinking of making some kind of potatoes or veggie like zucchini to go a long with it. Or made macaroni instead of mash potatoes. What are your favorite side dishes that you like to pair with pork chops.

I have never tried adding mustard to mashed potatoes. I´ll try it. What kind of mustard?

I have also never heard of putting mustard in mash potatoes either. I like mustard so I guess it wouldn't be to bad.

All we have is white rice and I am not a fan of plain rice. If we have any flavored rice or brown rice in the pantry then I might consider it.

I don´t much like macaroni for pork chops. But I love potatoes in any way. Many times I cook the potatoes, peel them and add them to the chops while they are baking.

I love potatoes in any kind of form also. I prefer then mashed the best way. I didn't think about added them in with the pork chops.
