A very peculiar method....found only in India

The peculiarity with the Governments (state) is that first, they lay a nice road for the people to enjoy for a month. One fine morning you will find some people digging the road making it unrecognizable . If anybody in the colony or street questions why such digging is taken up they say "we are repairing the pipeline". This has become quite common. People never ask "why the pipeline was not taken up first before laying the good road". Even the Government authorities do not question and ever think about it. Now, again the tenders will be called for the laying the road. Everybody will have their due share in the above transaction.
A day will come when people will revolt and take them including the local public representatives to task.
Even the educated ministers remain silent or never questions the point.

Yeah! The place where I used to live earlier, it happened twice in a year. Second time road construction took place in the month of may-june and roads got ruined in July due to heavy rains. We had good roads only for a period of 20-25 days!
Well hoping to get things better in future.

why don't the colony people drag the minister on to the road? why do you keep silent. Or send a video to P.M if action is not taken..they will set the things right. Even K.C.R is enough . He is taking tough action against such irregularities.

Haha I live in India and this is so disturbing. They dig almost everywhere. Even on the pavements. Their one excuse is repairing of underground something something. Its very annoying as it disrupts everything and causes unnecessary traffic jams.

Most of the cities in india are not organised or organising in proper plwnning.As you have seen i think because what happens,sometimes govt. have to construct something,so to accomplish that mission even the previously constructed set up could get distroy by govts.
