The right time for fruit

Eating fruit is good for health. I have been eating fruits and my father was eating his famous fruit BANANA regularly. But, what is the ideal time to eat fruits?
Studies say that the ideal time is 30 minutes gap after meals. An ideal way is that a fruit should be eaten before an hour of taking meals or after two hours of taking meals if one is Diabetic.

I don't like bananas but I do like apples! Yum!
