Cayenne Pepper and Weight Loss

I tried drinking water with Cayenne pepper and i was able to lose weight without exercise or zumba just for 2 weeks. Anyone tried this practice before? Do this have a bad side effect?

Lemon or lime water. I will use Cayenne pepper to lower blood pressure and forca soothing bath. It helps relieve aching and joint pain.

I have never tried that before but I drink water with apple cider vinegar in it and that takes away your appetite and many people use it to help them lose weight as well.
