Became eligible for monetization

I received a message from Youtube that the total number of videos I uploaded on the youtube is 76 and the number of views is 4,6000. They informed me to go for monetization and that I am eligible for it. But, I do not know how to monetize videos on Youtube. I do not have Adsense Account. Pls. help me in this matter.
